Ever felt like you needed a deep stretch and a deep chat? Welcome to "A Good Whole Chat" part mindful movement, part therapeutic tea spill, all wrapped up in the cozy, judgment-free zone of yoga therapy.

This is the class where we stretch our hips and our truths.

Maybe you’ve been bottling up emotions tighter than your hamstrings. Maybe your inner critic has louder opinions than your aunt at family dinners. Or maybe you just want to lie in savasana and vent about your week while someone reminds you to breathe (and maybe doesn’t judge your snack choices).

In this session, we’ll:

  • Gently move and release tension in the body (and possibly the soul)

  • Chat, laugh, cry (or awkwardly do all three at once)

  • Use yoga as a tool for self-awareness and connection, not contortionism

  • Leave with lighter shoulders, looser hips, and a heart that feels heard

Tea included. Tissues optional. Sense of humor required.
