Hey there! I’m Jess. Yoga lover, mindfulness nerd, and your future favorite stretch-obsessed hype girl.
Since I was a little kid, I’ve always had this weird (but wonderful) inner knowing that I was meant for the mindfulness space. While other kids were playing tag, I was probably off in the corner breathing deeply and contemplating the meaning of life… or at least pretending to be a tree.
Fast forward a couple decades, and here I am still breathing deeply, but now I’ve turned that passion into a real, grown-up career. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at a beautiful studio in Coquitlam, BC, where I learned how to properly pronounce “Savasana,” not fall asleep in it (most of the time), and guide others through movement and stillness with intention.
My yoga teaching blends tradition with adaptability. Some days, I guide adults through mindful flows to release tension and build inner calm. Other days, I’m in a rink-side studio with hockey players, leading them through sequences that build strength, mobility, and mental focus.
Yes, hockey and yoga do go together.
I’m all about helping people live life to the absolute fullest not just the Instagram-worthy parts, but the messy, human, laugh-so-hard-you-snort parts too. My classes are a mix of movement, mindfulness, and probably a bad joke or two. I believe yoga should feel like coming home to yourself with a side of good tunes, big breaths, and maybe a little sweat.
When I’m not on the mat, you can find me drinking too much tea, overwatering my plants, or trying to convince my friends that “just one more downward dog” is a valid hangout plan.
If you’re ready to reconnect, recharge, and maybe giggle your way through a warrior pose, I’d love to have you in class.
I am currently located in Port Moody. If your location is less than half hour away I can come to you
