Each 60-minute session is your personal blend of movement, breath, and bliss.

We’ll ease in with a gentle warm-up, think of it as your body’s wake-up call (minus the alarm clock). From there, we flow through a sequence of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, all while staying connected to your breath. Depending on the class focus, you might find yourself melting into mindful stretches, firing up your core, or moving through breath-led sequences that leave you feeling equal parts grounded and energized.

As we wind down, we shift into deeper stretches and calming techniques that prepare you for the best part, savasana (aka: the adult nap you didn’t know you needed). It’s your moment to soak it all in, reset, and just be.

You’ll walk off the mat feeling refreshed, recentred, and just a little more in love with your own life, body, mind, and breath all in sync.
